Data is processed to handle your request and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.

Data sent through the form travels by email: it is processed by Aruba S.p.A.
(website hosting and the sending mailbox prenotazioni@lovemenemi.it, servers in Italy)
and by Google Ireland Limited, provider of the Gmail mailbox
lovemenemi@gmail.com where the request is received.
Aruba operates on servers in Italy; Google may also process the data outside the European Union,
on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and of the EU-US Data Privacy
Framework. There are no other recipients and no dissemination of the data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to the contact above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
